Friday, August 15th 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Posture is how we live in our bodies - the sum total of everything that has happened during our lives and how
we felt about it. In addition, our posture holds the potential for everything we can become. These habits of use
have a profound affect on patterns of musculoskeletal tension within the body. In this class we will explore
various postural patterns and their affect on spinal balance. You will learn techniques and exercises for
promoting balanced posture within your own body, as well as for working with clients. Also, techniques for
working with spinal curvatures and scoliosis. |

Testimonials |
 |
|
|
I appreciate the gentle approach to Ortho-Bionomy. The relief and corrections that I achieve during sessions are easy to integrate and maintain. I especially appreciate the ability to implement much of the work on my own to continue to find relief between sessions. The ability to affect change quickly and gently has been a highlight of getting to know Ortho-Bionomy. I recommend it to everyone. |
